General Instructions |

| 1. |
The college will have a six-day teaching schedule
per week.
|
| 2. |
Every student must fulfil the requirement of
attendance as prescribed by the Delhi University to be able
to take the University Examination.
|
| 3. |
Every student must appear in the mid-term
examination held in the month of December every year. A student
failing to do so will be fined Rs.100/- per paper.
|
| 4. |
25% of total marks are set aside in a course for award based on Interneral assessment. The internal assessment will be based
on the following:
| (a) House Examination | 10% |
| (b) Assignment/Tutorials/Seminars | 10% |
| (c) Attendance | 5% |
| (i) More than 67%, Less than 70% | 1 mark |
| (ii) 70 - 75% | 2 marks |
| (iii) 75% - 80% | 3 marks |
| (iv) 80 - 85% | 4 marks |
| (v) 85% and above | 5 marks |

| 4(a). |
Attendance for Sports persons : The Sports
Committee of the College has decided that all sports persons
will be required to fulfil attendance requirement for lectures
and tutorials as per university requirements. However, due
weightage according to University rules will be given to sports
persons engaging in sports activities with the prior permission
of the Principal.

Each student will be assigned to a particular
member of the faculty for the entire duration of under-graduate
studies to provide guidance to him/her on all matters academic
as well as non-academic.

Terms
of payment of fees etc. |

The candidate selected for admission must deposit
the dues at the State Bank of India Extension Counter inside
the College premises between 10.30 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. Failure
to pay the same within the specified period (without obtaining
written permission from the Principal) will result in cancellation
of the admission. All fees to be paid in cash.

Concession to Girl Students |
| |
Except for the following courses, concession of 5%
in the aggregate marks will be given to girls seeking admission to the College. However,
the minimum eligibility criteria to various courses will remain
the same to them. a) B.Com (Hons & Pass) b) B.A. (Hons.) Economics c) B.A. & B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics

Cancellation of admission |
| |
Withdrawl from the College can be done till
31st July, 2008. A sum of Rs.5/- only (admission fee) will
be deducted. If withdrawl is done between 1st August 2008
and 14th August 2008, Rs.5/- alongwith two months tuition
fee will be deducted. If withdrawl is done after 15th August,
2008, only security amount will be refunded.

Compulsory Test in Hindi |
| |
Every student admitted to any course will
have to take up Hindi as a modern Indian Language as an additional
compulsory subject if he/she has not already passed Hindi
in the VIIIth class at school. If you are one such student,
please give your name to the College office on opening day
of the College. You will have to take a test in Hindi conducted
by the University.
